Who We Are

A 12-month GARR-certified recovery program designed for lasting transformation.

The Grace Foundation, Family Transformation Inc., offers faith-based recovery housing in Georgia and is distinguished by a comprehensive, personalized approach to life recovery. We address the whole health needs of individuals recovering from substance use and misuse. We offer far more than sober housing—we provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment designed to foster long-term healing, stability, and personal transformation. Our life-recovery model integrates whole-person care, life skills development, family involvement, community connection, and experiential learning to equip residents to re-engage with society.

Our Faith Foundation

Residential Recovery Program

Biblical principles of redemption, restoration, and service guide the Grace Foundation. We believe lasting recovery involves spiritual growth, personal responsibility, and meaningful community connection. Our 12-month program is designed in three progressive phases, allowing residents to grow in responsibility, independence, and stability.

Women who are committed to life recovery, willing to follow program guidelines, and seeking a structured, supportive environment are encouraged to apply. Eligibility is determined through an application and intake process.

Residents progress through structured phases that focus on stabilization, increased responsibility, workforce development, life skills, wellness, and preparation for independent living.

There is a one-time entrance fee of $900 and a weekly residency fee of $200, which helps cover housing, utilities, support services, and program resources.

Residents receive access to peer support, transportation assistance, food supplementation, life-skills training, job readiness support, wellness education, and connections to counseling and community resources.

Yes. Our staff includes certified peer specialists for addictive diseases and mental health, with additional training in WHAM (Whole Health Action Management) and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan).

Yes. Employment, job training, and education are encouraged as residents progress through the program and meet phase requirements.
